Who these are between
You and whoever runs covert.money. There is no company name on the site yet, and this page will name one when there is.
The product does not exist yet
Covert is in build. Nothing on this site can hold, move or spend money today. Descriptions of how it works are descriptions of a design. Do not send anything anywhere because of a page on this site.
Information, not advice
Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Some assets Covert is designed to hold are tokens that track stocks. Check what you are allowed to buy, hold and trade where you live. That is your responsibility.
When the product opens
- You are in control. You set your agents' budgets and rules. What your agents do within those rules is on you.
- Software has bugs. Covert is provided as is, with no promise that it will work without error, stay available, or keep any particular amount of privacy. Privacy depends on how many others are in the pool with you. Keep no more in it than you can afford to lose.
- Third parties hold powers. Token issuers can freeze, pause or burn balances. See issuer powers.
- Public means public. Whatever goes on chain stays there.
- Follow the law where you live. Deposits are screened. We can exclude a deposit from the private set, and you can always take it back out publicly.
Limits on what we owe you
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using this site or from the product once it exists, including losses from bugs, issuer actions, market moves or an agent that was tricked.
Changes
We will replace these terms with a full set before the product opens. The date at the top changes when they do.
